Sitting in my home office watching the rain and wind buffet the house. I am thinking about how much I want to be out and about in the woods or on the water. I really can’t wait until the weather settles down a bit so I can pick up hiking again.
In the mean time I have been spending a lot of time in the kayak teaching myself new strokes and braces as well as going out on long and short paddles.
Last month I even took the boat to Pacific City and tried some surf entries, with no real luck, but I did have a blast!
So, lets hope the weather lets up here soon. Am looking forward to getting out of the house more.
