Well, we have made it through our second week in Southern Arizona. It has had it’s ups and downs of course, but all in all it was an excellent choice to move out here. There is a thunder storm brewing
Made it…
Well, we are here. We arrived in Bisbee on August 1st and are attempting to get settled in.
Tucson
Almost there… We drove today for about 6 hours to Tucson Az. The Holiday Inn in Gallup was a disaster and we were glad to get up at 6:30 am and get on the road.
Update from New Mexico
We spent a great Sunday layover in Denver after the long 14 hour haul across Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, and a good third of Colorado. Man we were beat!

Geek Road Trip Note 1
WAPs … dozens of them even at 80 MPH along the road. Most interesting is the big rig trucks. It seems many must have laptops now as I’ll pass one with MacStumbler running and see things like hpsetup.
I am assuming that is a laptop trying to create a peer to peer connection from its out-of-the-box settings in XP.

Friday in St Louis
Today I got to sleep in. Jess woke me up at 8:00 with coffee, a danish, and a beautiful smile. We got the Valkyrie up, had breakfast and headed off for the Zoo.
